Is the Traffic-Power.com system spamming the search engines?
Our system and algorithm evaluation method evaluates exactly what the search engines want in both page design and submission. We don't repeat a word or phrase over and over. We analyze exactly how often to indicate a phrase to rate it highly in that engines computer eyes. We give the search engines exactly what they want.
How many links are the right amount?
Ten tera-gigs.
Isn't your service expensive compared to others on the Internet?
The other day I saw a site on the Internet that submitted a clients site to I quote "Ten thousand search engines for $1.99" on your credit card. I pulled out my credit card and set up one of my blank sites with no prior hits and paid $1.99. Two weeks later I had Zero hits. I think that service was expensive and we are extremely reasonable.
Do I really need e-commerce on my site to make this work?
Yes, we strongly, strongly, strongly suggest you have e-commerce on your site. Many surfers are using their telephone connection to access the Internet. They must close their Internet connection to call you. They will probably just go to the next site.
What is an Attraction Page or Doorway?
An Attraction Page is a complete Web Site page (HTML) that is built around one or two keywords using the statistical algorithm for one particular search engine. Usually one keyword is used for one search engine. The statistical algorithm for particular search engine is the typical page structure of the top placement pages for that search engine. The search engine algorithm changes little by little all the time.
Do Attraction Pages (doorways) work?
Set up twenty similar sites, each with it's own URL. Put ten sites with Attraction pages and ten sites without them. Then promote all the sites the same. The results give your absolute PROOF. We did. Attraction Pages work. When you put up attraction pages 80 % of the volume the attraction pages create comes through the index page and the balance through the doorways.
How does your submission work with some new developments including many of the search engines requiring paid submission?
Paid submission strikes at the very heart of what search engines do. Search engines claim that are they are each the best search vehicle. The current economic dot com disaster has forced the engines to rethink their business plans. They have decided to restrict the flow of new sites, and in turn the information they provide, with some kind of “tollgate”. We are monitoring this situation carefully. As of now our present submission system is working fine. We think the use of tollgates will make those search engines that use them second-rate search vehicles. Non-charging engines will eventually develop more fully and take the traffic away from those with restricted databases. We are constantly testing paid submission versus the present methods. At present we contemplate no changes. The jury is still out on the future of successful traffic through search engines via paid submission. If the future involves some form of paid submission, the need for optimization of pages, submission methods and link popularity is even more important.
What about paid unique visitor traffic?
I saw a deal that offered unique visitors for six cents each. I promptly bought some hits. I found unique visitors were visiting my site. No one was buying my service. I managed to interrogate some of the visitors. Here is what I found. There are services out on the Internet that pay people for surfing. A company agrees to give surfers a three cent fee for each site they visit. The company sends these paid surfers an email with a long lists of sites and really pays them 3 cents for each visit. They use tracking software. Then they sell web site owners the hits for 6 cents a hit. Everybody wins (maybe). The web site owner get the volume but each visitor tries to leave as fast as possible. Talk about irrelevant traffic. Lots of traffic and no buyers. This turned out to be a bad joke on the web site owners. Search engine traffic on the other hand is widely considered the most valuable on the web.
How long will an Attraction page work for?
Considering the movement on search engine algorithm we feel attraction pages are good for about 60 days. After that they must be updated or they will be so far off the mark to be of little value.
Does Traffic Power use Attraction pages (doorways)?
Yes, until they stop working.
